About Us

DUE TO THE CURRENT PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE FREE OF COUGH, FEVER, RUNNY NOSE, AND YOU MUST WEAR A MASK TO ENTER OUR BUSINESS

We screen and provide fingerprinting services for almost every state agency.  Each screening is $100 plus local sales tax.  The entire application process, payment, and scheduling your appointment is handled online safely and efficiently. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. You can call, email, or at the bottom of the screen you’ll notice a Facebook messenger button. We’re usually pretty quick about answering your questions on there.

If you need fingerprinting with or without a digital photo submission and you have an ORI number, we can screen you. The ORI number is an indicator ID# where an applicants results will go.

Screening usually only takes a few minutes, depending on your age or the quality of your fingerprints.  Sometimes as we get older – or those who have worked with their hands a lot –  tend to have  fingerprints worn away.  We have a lotion that we use to help with poor quality fingerprints.  Each fingerprint we run is scored between A-E.  Fingerprints scoring an E on multiple fingers could cause your screening to be rejected by the FBI.  If that is the case, an applicant will be informed to re-take the screening at no cost.  Some of us will never have good quality fingerprints.  The FBI will manually approve fingerprints that are submitted a second time.

Our system submits to the FDLE within minutes.  This usually means screening results are posted to your employer or  agency within a few hours.  Most commonly, your results clear in 24-72 hours.

We photograph and  fingerprint every applicant.  Most screenings will be good for 5 years as long as the applicant remains actively working.  If you change professions and need another screening, it’s because that state agency has a different ORI#.  We are required to charge additional screening fees for anyone who needs to submit with a new ORI.

If you have any questions, please feel  free to call your local Level 2 office or complete our contact form.
